Kate emailed me in January asking about her August wedding. Reading her email, a few things stood out to me. She used phrases such as, "casual elegance," and "upscale Summer barbeque." I was hooked! In her second email to me, she wrote, "I love pictures taken at that "golden hour" and wanted the majority of our photos to be taken at that time." I was swooning!
When I met Kate and her family in Old Town Alexandria, she mentioned that Shawn lived in Bermuda (jealous!) so planning would be a little tricky. No problem! We'll get your E-Session on the books and I'll turn it around in record time.
I'm so glad Kate (and her family) trusted me to do just that. We emailed back and forth about locations and finally decided to check out Bon Air Memorial Rose Garden in Arlington. It's not a very big park, but you would never know looking at their images. They rocked every tiny nook of this park! Thankfully, I don't have to wait long before I can get these two in front of my camera again - their wedding is only 2 short months away! I can't wait!
